In operation for just over a year, the Rainbow Primary School vegetable garden, supported by Shoprite and Urban Harvest, secured third place in Category B of the 2018 National School Nutrition Programme – Sustainable Food Production (NSNP-SFP) school garden competition for Western Cape schools. The R10 000 prize money awarded to the school will be reinvested into the development of the garden
